Chef Pete then took his knowledge to California where he became lead line cook/butcher at the Gastrognome in Idylwyld. The owners there saw Pete’s talent and asked him to run their other restaurant The Creek House. Chef Pete had the opportunity to cook for many famous actors at The Creek House quickly became known as one of the best chefs in the area.
Pete then let his endeavors of the heart lead him to Fort Worth Texas where he worked under Chef Stefon Rishel at Max’s Wine Dive before becoming Executive Chef at Brewsters off West 7th Street in the Cultural District where he swept the competition at Fort Worth Magazines “Battle of the Burger.”
Pete spends his time away from the restaurant enjoying sports, barbecuing, camping with his girlfriend and sucking at golf. I have also seen him get pretty excited over some live music!
We are self funding so I am building this website myself in whatever spare time I can find!
We have made huge steps in the last few months and will be doing a Grand Opening this month!
